Patterson Associates, founded by NZIA Gold Medallist Andrew Patterson, is one of New Zealand’s most internationally recognised architecture practices. We are looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join our team of 25 based in Parnell.  

The role is ideally suited to someone wanting a part time, yet professionally rewarding, role.  As the business grows there will be scope for the role to grow.  You will work closely with our CEO and Directors and will be responsible for monthly invoicing; management reporting; accounts receivable and payable; debtors; payroll and liaising with our external accountant.   

An enthusiastic attitude, great customer service, an affinity with beautiful architecture and a sharp eye for detail will enable you to thrive in this position. Self-assurance will come in handy also.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero and it would be an advantage if you have experience in SmartPayroll and WorkFlowMax as well.

CA would be a plus and we’re looking for someone with a university qualification.  Applicants must be NZ residents or hold a valid NZ work permit and have NZ specific experience.
